Orem, Utah

I'm Chris. You work with me, start to finish.

My name is Chris Ponath. I grew up in a small town in Utah and have called Utah Valley home for more than a decade. I have 10+ years of experience with fireplace maintenance and repair, and I started HearthHelp to give my neighbors honest, reliable service. When you work with HearthHelp, you get me: I'll answer your questions, give you a straight quote, and do the work myself. I live here with my wife, DeeDee, and our son, Vaughn, and I take pride in serving this community.

HearthHelp LLC is a single-member company. There's no office staff and no storefront. I come to the house, I do the fireplace work, and I follow up myself. That's the whole point of calling a local owner instead of a dispatch line.

The way I like to work is simple. You tell me what the fireplace is doing. I tell you what I think it might be, without pretending a phone call is a diagnosis. I show up, I test it, and I explain it in plain language. If the right answer is a tune-up, I say that. If it needs a part, I say that too. We price match written local quotes.

I'm 5-star rated on Google. I live in Orem. You work with me, start to finish.
