A safe check before you call: make sure the gas valve is on, and check the batteries in the remote and the wall switch. Then call. Don't take it apart.

My pilot won't stay lit. What can I check?

Check that the gas valve is on, and check the wall switch or remote batteries, then call. Don't take things apart.
